We can explore guided meditation, Breathing and whole body Connections, Moving meditations, walking meditations and silent sitting. Practising can help you find the one that fits you best so you can BE with yourSelf.
What I can do for your child – One to one meditation for your child (a parent is required to be in the background)
How is it done? The session is 45 minutes. We have a short chat about posture, type of meditation we will be doing, setting the scene, then meditate for 15 - 20 minutes, then follow up .
